Ingredients

  • 200 g walnuts(+ 50 g for garnishing)
  • 180 g dates, pitted
  • 40 g cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 35 g cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • Optional : 2 tbsp maple sirup

Instructions

  1. Blend the nuts, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract in your food processor until you achieve a fine texture.
  2. Add the dates while continuing to blend until the mixture becomes smooth and cohesive.
  3. Fold in the 50 g of chopped nuts and cacao nibs, then pulse for 5 seconds.
  4. Press the dough firmly into a lightly greased baking tin.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  6. Slice the brownie and enjoy!

Notes

Top it with a few extra nuts, some granola, or even a drizzle of tahini for a beautiful visual and flavorful touch!
