Here’s a simple yet amazing chickpea recipe you can enjoy as an appetizer snack or a salad topping. I even add them to most of my savory dishes for an extra crunch!

  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cooked chickpeas (rinse and dry them a bit first)
  • A bit of olive oil
  • Herbs and spices of your choice

Instructions

  1. Lay the cooked chickpeas in a an air fryer on a baking tray
  2. Add a little splash of olive oil and combine
  3. Add the spices of your choice and combine again
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 min at 165°C
  5. Let them cool down a bit before serving
