Ingredients

  • 80g raw rice
  • 100g cooked soybeans
  • 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • Herbs & spices of your choice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Toppings such as

  • More herbs
  • Spirulina flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Olives

Be creative and find your favorite combo

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice following indications on the packaging
  2. Midway through the cooking, add a tbs turmeric to the pot
  3. When ready, form a rice ball on your plate
  4. Then pour your soybeans all over
  5. Pour the sauce, and add your toppings

Notes

For a more affordable option, buy dry hulled yellow soybeans and cook them yourself. You can then freeze them to always have some ready to use!
