Vegan Black Rice Protein Brownie

- 300g cooked black rice
- 125g dates
- 250ml plant-based milk
- 30g peanut butter
- 30g protein powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50g hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Add all the ingredients except the hazelnuts to a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth batter.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the chopped hazelnuts, and mix well.
- Pour into a greased dish or one lined with parchment paper.
- Optional: add more hazelnuts on top for decoration.
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on your desired texture.
- Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust the rice-to-milk ratio to achieve your desired texture. You can also add sugar if you like.
