Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 35 g oil
  • 30 g nuts
  • 25 g maple syrup

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the oil.
  2. Gradually add the oil until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Mix until you achieve a crumbly/sandy texture.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
  5. Let cool before serving.

Here, I added some strawberries and rhubarb, a delicious fruit combination!
