- 100–120ml water (depending on the texture you want to get)
- 1 pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Throw the soaked dates into your food processor and progressively add the water until you reach the texture you are looking for.

The paste can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
