Homemade Healthy Granola

Ingredients
Choose your ingredients according to your cravings:
- Oats
- Soy flakes
- Hazelnuts
- Almonds
- Peanuts
- Brazil nuts
- Macadamia nuts
- Sunflower seeds
- Buckwheat
- Cashews
- Cacao nibs
- Dates
- Goji berries
- Dried fruits (blueberries, raisins, raspberries…)
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix the cereals, nuts, and dried fruits of your choice.
- Add a bit of liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup to lightly coat the mixture.
- Add spices like cinnamon or cocoa and a pinch of salt.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 170°C, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cool.

Be creative and try different combinations of seeds, nuts, and dried fruits to find your favorite mix.
Personally, I often make mine with soy flakes, oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, hazelnuts, and cacao nibs.
