Ingredients

Choose your ingredients according to your cravings:

  • Oats
  • Soy flakes
  • Hazelnuts
  • Almonds
  • Peanuts
  • Brazil nuts
  • Macadamia nuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Buckwheat
  • Cashews
  • Cacao nibs
  • Dates
  • Goji berries
  • Dried fruits (blueberries, raisins, raspberries…)
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the cereals, nuts, and dried fruits of your choice.
  2. Add a bit of liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup to lightly coat the mixture.
  3. Add spices like cinnamon or cocoa and a pinch of salt.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 170°C, stirring occasionally.
  5. Let it cool.

Notes

Be creative and try different combinations of seeds, nuts, and dried fruits to find your favorite mix.

Personally, I often make mine with soy flakes, oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, hazelnuts, and cacao nibs.
