Ingredients
- 100 g pasta
- 100 g cooked white beans
- 1 tbsp tomato or paprika paste
- 3 splashes of water or plant-based milk
- Herbs of your choice
- 1 pinch of salt
Toppings
- More herbs (thym, romarin…)
- Mozzarella (plant-based here)
- Pumpkin seeds or any other nuts or seeds
- Olives
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Meanwhile, blend the beans with the tomato/red pepper paste, herbs, and spices of your choice.
- Once the pasta is cooked, serve it, pour the sauce over, and add your desired toppings.
Notes
Serve them with herbs, plant-based cheese, pumpkin seeds, olives, and any other toppings of your choice.
