Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- About 200 ml of water or plant-based milk
- 30 g of protein powder (I used brown rice protein here)
- Fresh or powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina
- Optional: a bit of fresh mint
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Transfer into a bowl
- Top with muesli, granola, fruits, coconut chips, or whatever you feel like adding. Be creative!
