Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • About 200 ml of water or plant-based milk
  • 30 g of protein powder (I used brown rice protein here)
  • Fresh or powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • Optional: a bit of fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Transfer into a bowl
  3. Top with muesli, granola, fruits, coconut chips, or whatever you feel like adding. Be creative!
