Ingredients
- 200 g walnuts(+ 50 g for garnishing)
- 180 g dates, pitted
- 40 g cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 35 g cacao nibs or chocolate chips
- Optional : 2 tbsp maple sirup
Instructions
- Blend the nuts, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract in your food processor until you achieve a fine texture.
- Add the dates while continuing to blend until the mixture becomes smooth and cohesive.
- Fold in the 50 g of chopped nuts and cacao nibs, then pulse for 5 seconds.
- Press the dough firmly into a lightly greased baking tin.
- Refrigerate for a few hours to set.
- Slice the brownie and enjoy!
Notes
Top it with a few extra nuts, some granola, or even a drizzle of tahini for a beautiful visual and flavorful touch!
