- Herbs & spices of your choice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
- Cook the rice following indications on the packaging
- Midway through the cooking, add a tbs turmeric to the pot
- When ready, form a rice ball on your plate
- Then pour your soybeans all over
- Pour the sauce, and add your toppings
Notes
For a more affordable option, buy dry hulled yellow soybeans and cook them yourself. You can then freeze them to always have some ready to use!
