Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 50g rolled oats or oat flour
- Optional : protein spread, fresh fruits….
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Mash the banana.
- Add the oats and any other ingredients of your choice.
- Mix everything well.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
Notes
The texture will vary depending on the size of the banana. The softer your mixture, the more chewy the cookie will be. Add more oats or powder if needed.
