Mousse
- 100 g cooked kidney beans
- 100 g plant-based milk (homemade oat milk here)
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp stevia, or sugar
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Coulis
- 10 g rum
- 80 g cherries

Instructions
- Blend the beans, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and sweetener together.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Pour the mousse into a cup.
- Add a layer of granola or crumble.
- Next, take your blender and blend the cherry flesh with the rum until you get a coulis.
- Pour the coulis over the mousse in the cup.
- Finish with more granola and cherries.
