Ingredients

  • 90g dates
  • 70g hazelnuts
  • 1/2 banana
  • 15g coconut oil (1 tbsp)
  • 40g chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Pulse the dates and almonds in your blender until they are broken down and stick together.
  2. Add them to a big mixing bowl.
  3. Blend the banana until smooth.
  4. Combine all ingredients in the bowl. Mix well.
  5. Knead with your hands and once you can form a big ball with the dough, press it firmly into a rectangular food container.
  6. Add to your fridge for at least 4 hours to let them firm up.
  7. Cut into bars, and enjoy.
