Ingredients
- 90g dates
- 70g hazelnuts
- 1/2 banana
- 15g coconut oil (1 tbsp)
- 40g chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Pulse the dates and almonds in your blender until they are broken down and stick together.
- Add them to a big mixing bowl.
- Blend the banana until smooth.
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl. Mix well.
- Knead with your hands and once you can form a big ball with the dough, press it firmly into a rectangular food container.
- Add to your fridge for at least 4 hours to let them firm up.
- Cut into bars, and enjoy.
