Ingredients
- 75 ml plant-based milk (homemade oat milk here)
- 100 g cooked millet
- 5–6 dates
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Rinse the millet and let it soak overnight.
The next day, drain and blend the soaked millet with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Cook in a waffle maker for about 3 to 6 minutes (depending on your waffle maker).
