Ingredients
- 200g cooked kidney beans test
- 3 tsp cacao powder
- 175g plant-based milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 pinches stevia
- Granola
Instructions
1. Blend all the ingredients together, except the granola.
2. Pour half of the mixture into a cup or bowl.
3. Add a layer of crunchy granola.
4. Pour a second layer of the mixture on top.
Optional: let it sit in the fridge overnight.
5. Top with more granola or any other topping of your choice.
6. Enjoy this delicious and healthy dessert!
Notes
You can also add chocolate-flavored protein powder, but you’ll need to add more milk to adjust the consistency.
