Mousse Chocolat & Avocat – Healthy

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 50g walnuts
- 2 tbsp date paste (see recipe in my bio)
- 5 tbsp plant-based milk = around 75 ml (depending on the texture you want)
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until you get a smooth mousse.
- Top with walnuts or other ingredients of your choice.
Notes
Scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure the mixture is evenly blended. Adjust the amount of milk as needed
