Ingredients
Scale
60g rolled oats or oat flour
20g coconut flakes
200ml plant-based milk (ideally coconut milk)
50g plant-based yogurt (ideally coconut yogurt)
Optional
25g dark chocolate
3 tsp sugar
Nuts and fruits to garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the oats (or oat flour), protein powder, shredded coconut, plant-based milk, coconut yogurt, and sweetener of your choice until smooth.
- Let the mixture sit while you melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan, double boiler, or microwave.
- Cover the base mixture with a layer of melted dark chocolate.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have plant-based milk at hand, you can also use water instead.
