En plus, c’est un choix plus sain car les flocons d’avoine sont beaucoup plus riches en nutriments que la farine de blé raffinée. La texture peut être un peu différente, donc ajuste la quantité d’huile et le temps de cuisson selon tes préférences.

For a 20cm diameter « pizza »
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 tsp flax seeds, ground and soak for 10min
- 6 tsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- spices to taste
- 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Soak the flaxseeds and oats in water for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Then, place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until you get a slightly sticky dough that you can easily work with and that holds together. Add a little flour if needed.
- Spread the dough on baking paper.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- Add your preferred base and toppings.
- Bake for another 3 to 5 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Notes
Here, I made a base by mixing white beans, tomato sauce, and spices. For the topping, I used artichokes, leeks, capers, and peanuts.
