Ingredients

- 4 large apples
- 8 tbsp of yogurt or skyr
- 1 tbsp of vanilla-flavored protein powder
Instructions
- Cut the apples in half and remove the core
- Cook in the Airfryer at 180°C for 15 minutes (or in the oven for 15-20 minutes)
- In the meantime, mix the yogurt and protein powder
- Once cooked, top with the protein yogurt, nuts, cinnamon, or maple syrup

The texture of the cream can vary significantly depending on the protein powder used. Feel free to add more yogurt or protein powder to achieve the desired consistency.
